ACCURATELY VIEW THE ALL DETAILS

To enhance detail throughout the image, open an image in Lucis and move the Enhance Detail slider to the left.

Contrast variances less than the slider value are magnified and contrast variances equal to or greater than the slider value are diminished.

Because Lucis works with relative contrasts, Lucis enhances detail in the bright, dark and mid-range areas simultaneously.

Lucis accurately enhances contrast differences as small as 3 intensity levels.

The Smooth Detail slider diminishes the smallest image detail so noise is reduced, but this operation is rarely used in scientific and medical applications.

For multichannel images such as fluorescence microscopy, Lucis can enhance each RGB channel separately.

Lucis processing is easy to understand mathematically so you can correctly interpret what you are seeing.
